Board of Directors presently consist of Dr Malik Small of the NYC Education Commission, Paul Anthony George of the Legendary group "Full Force", Hot 97's Hip Hop Gamer, Hip Hop Blvd's Founder and CEO AL Pizarro and the WCOHH DAO.

World Cup of Hip Hop organization structure is comprised of a Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Emcee Committee, Graffiti Committee, DJ Committee, and Knowledge Committee.
